Please contact me at madenewdailyco@gmail.com before sending your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed to USPS, delivery is in their care. If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number. We’ll do our best to support you through the process.
